As part of the agreement, NetIQ will continue to have exclusive rights to embed this leading security policy content into its own security management solutions and will retain certain exclusive distribution rights. Under the agreement, Information Shield will acquire NetIQ's security publications business, which publishes Information Security Policies Made Easy and Information Security Roles and Responsibilities Made Easy, both authored by the recognized security expert Charles Cresson Wood.
