Step 1: Download our Product Order Form and fill out the details for your organization

Step 2: Determine your method of payment. We accept:

1. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted).
2. Purchase Orders are accepted ONLY from organizations located within the United States. International orders must be paid in advance via our online store or bank wire transfer. Please see our purchase order instructions for more details.
3. Bank Wire Transfers - please contact us to receive our bank information and routing number.

Step 3: Submit Your Order via Phone, Fax, or Email

1. Phone: 1-888-641-0500 (TOLL FREE US and Canada) or 832-875-5224 (International) to place an order, verify pricing and availability or to receive a quote.
2. Fax your purchase order or completed product order form to 1-866-304-6704 TOLL FREE (US) or 713-783-5465 (International). Sales tax will be applied on all orders within the United States.
3. Email: Send purchase order and complete order information to sales@informationshield.com.
