Shipping charges applied on all orders except for electronic downloads. Contact us to receive notification of shipping options and rates or use our shipping estimator. Note: Please contact us prior to placing an order if your organization is tax exempt.
Note: Purchase Orders are only accepted from organizations within the United States. International Orders must be paid in advance via our online store or wire-transfer. All express overnight shipments must be received by 11:30 AM U.S. Central Time to be processed the same day.

2. By phone - contact us at 1-888-641-0500 (TOLL FREE US and Canada) or 832-875-5224 (International) to place an order, verify pricing and availability or to receive a quote.
3. By fax - fax your purchase order or complete order information to 1-866-304-6704 TOLL FREE. Fax orders should include buyer name, company name, phone number, billing and shipping address, credit card type, number, and expiration, method of shipment, and also the quantity and product or products to be ordered. Sales tax will be applied on all orders within the United States. Purchase Orders are also accepted for organizations located within the United States or Canada.
